You are cordially invited to celebrate the remarkable life of Zeya Grace Shipley, who transitioned from this life on May 13, 2024. Born on January 6, 2021, Zeya was a beacon of light and the joy of our world, a brightness that will never diminish.

Zeya’s life was a beautiful tapestry of dancing, exploring nature, and the sea. She cherished swimming, with a spirit as free and boundless as the ocean. Her love for vibrant dresses, shoes, and makeup spoke of her radiant personality, painting the world with every shade of joy.

Now playing in heaven with her grandfathers, Art Martinez and Roger Shipley, and her uncles, Kent Shipley and David Pierce, Zeya leaves behind her loving parents, Jason and Cece Shipley; her adored siblings, Tristan (9), Harrison (7), and Brielle (2); her grandmothers, Barbara Martinez and Sawana Shipley; her aunt, Almeda Martinez; and her cousins, Akayla Martinez and family, and Zackary Martinez.

Both the service and the graveside will be live-streamed, welcoming all who wish to join in celebrating Zeya’s wonderful life from afar.

This is a celebration of a beautiful, bright life. Please come in bright, beautiful colors and avoid dark solemnness. We want to celebrate her as though she were Cinderella and wrap in her graduations, proms, dates, marriage ceremonies, and all other life celebrations into this vibrant gathering.
